1-Carrefour loses domain claim «DeNuestraTierra.com»
The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) announced yesterday its refusal to the complaint filed by the chain of supermarkets Carrefour against Rose, a small familiar enterprise from Toledo, claiming its rights over the domain "DeNuestraTierra.com" used by Rose to distribute gastronomic products Castilla-LaMancha by Internet.

Brazilian Police confiscated 550,000-pirate game CDs at Parana, Brazil.
Said CDs included games for PS2 and Dreamcast. According to Brazilian police such merchandise would be valued in the market at 15 million dollars. The merchandise was taken over in Paranagua airport coming from Thailand.
